We are a family owned and operated business based in Los Angeles Ca. Our family has primarily been Cheese manufacturers but then… we had an idea that expanded our business!

Our mesquite charcoal is premium and 100% natural and produced in Mexico. As an added bonus- our bag is the only one to feature a handle, allowing it to be conveniently carried.
